F&C Studio Legale Tributario was founded by a group of professionals specialising in Corporate Tax law in all of its aspects, both domestic and international, with a special focus on the tax litigation and tax consultancy in the financial, banking and corporate fields.
From the beginning of its activity, the firm has initiated important collaborations with international law firms; in particular, the Firm provides tax consultancy as part of a broader legal and contractual assistance for financial transactions (securitisation and issuance of financial instruments) to institutional clients, such as: national and international banks, investment funds and companies rating.
F&C privileges a multidisciplinary approach to business issues, by organising more “tailor-made” work tables with respect to customer needs, bringing in teams the maximum skills in each subject, operating in synergy and in close coordination.
